We are Italian law and tax advisers, with offices in Italy (Milan, Pescara), in Switzerland (Zurich and Lausanne) and in USA (Miami Florida). We exclusively operate in the field concerning the Italian law.

as well as family and succession law Litigation is pursued in Italy only, where we have made a strategic alliance with more than 330 lawyers (regulated by relevant Articles of Association). This structure allows us to defend our clients, wherever they may reside, before every Italian court. Therefore, our clients residing in the USA and in Switzerland, with legal and tax problems connected to Italy, will be assisted on the spot. This system provides the clear advantage of avoiding problems connected with travels to Italy and with language difficulties. In addition to assist private clients, particularly in the fields of civil and succession law, we deal with companies in the fields of corporate and tax law, as well in contractual lawsuits between Italian and foreign entrepreneurs. The remarkable experience we have acquired in this field, brought us to establish and organize the Chamber of Arbitration of the Italian Chamber of Commerce of Zurich and Miami and in the last period the one of CAIE (Centre for the Italian Arbitration Abroad) planned by our partners Franco Anchini and Sebastiano Floris and acknowledged by Assocamereestero in the Convention in Pescara in 2005. In addition to what above mentioned, our firm has a division which deals in the real estate field with tasks that range from promotion to real-estate broking. One of our most recent acquired assignment concerns the promotion and the sale of the largest Italian private industrial group of lots.
