we are finishing the building of  the largest Italian private industrial group of lots according to the 6th version of PRT, approved by the Local Authorities, Finance and Town Planning Councillor’s office of the self-governing Region of Sardinia with the resolution n. 231/PT of 6 September 2001. The lots are integrated in the industrial area of Macchiareddu, where 200 companies are already active and are divided into three sectors  (A, B and C) for a total of  180 hectares. The urbanization works of the sector “A” that has 86 lots, with a total area of 746,000 square meters, have already  been finished and inspected, while the works of sector “B” (99 lots, total area: 550,000 square meters) and “C”  (44 lots, total area 342,000 square meters) are still in progress.

The building cover percentage of the lots is equal to 40% and allows the building of  655,300 square meters of covered area. Ground elevation limitless.

The lots will have an outfitted service centre.
